If you have set up an account with us, then you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your e-mail address and password, restricting admission to your computer to avoid any unlawful access to your account. Furthermore, you agree to be responsible for all activities that take place under your account. We advice you to take total care of keeping your login details safe and secure.

When setting up an account please make sure all the details provided are accurate and complete, and inform us whenever you have changed any information that you provided us with, in order to update your data as quickly as possible.

Use of this site

The use of this site is only for lawful purposes only. You most not use the website for any of the following:

• to send any illegal, offensive, abusive, unsolicited information, or infringe the copyright act, trademark, privacy or other rights of third parties
• to take part in any fraudulent or unlawful acts
• for selling items that we do not allow to be sold on our site
• you must not seek to access, alter or delete anything to which you have no authorised access.
• you cannot fail to send an item that has been purchased by a buyer, unless terms have been breached between the buyer, and seller.

Fees and services

Joining Jumbo Search allows users to use many services, and information provided is for free. Nevertheless, there are some services that require payment to access. All payments are made via credit card using RBS World Pay, which provides a secure environment for transaction.

We may change fees, at anytime, for temporary or permanent reasons. We may carry out promotional events, offering less for use of services, or to advertise a new service. 

Also fees may differ depending on a service. All the fees are quoted in GB pounds sterling. We include VAT in all payments. We send all invoices via e-mail; print all invoices and keep them safe and secure.

Refunds

Any advert cancelled by a Customer may be subject to a refund fee equal to 100% of the cost of the advert scheduled to run, cancellation most be done within five (5) working days of an advert(s) going live, this may be done with a written cancellation notice to Jumbo Search via e-mail, at cancellation@jumbosearch.co.uk.

Termination from the site

You may terminate your account from our site at anytime, just by writing to us. We have the right to deny or bar your access to use the site, either permanently or for a temporary period, at any time, at our discretion, and without any explanation or notification.

Liability

In no event will Jumbo Search be liable for any losses (including loss of profit, business, or loss of any data) arising from the use of our site. You agree to cover us and keep us covered against all costs, expenses, claims, losses, arising from misuse by you on this site.

Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions of use shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law. All disputes, misconduct arising from the use of this website, will be settled by the courts of England.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to make changes to our site, our policies and these terms and conditions of use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any of the remaining conditions.
